The Wall & Ceiling
To keep our Modular operating theatres sterile, we use stainless steel and powder coated / pre coated modular wall panels. The round corners of walls, floor and ceiling help to maintain laminar flow and are easy to clean. We also use special antibacterial sealant in the joints to ensure hygiene.
Flooring
In Modular operation theatres high quality antibacterial PVC floorings are used. PVC floorings are stain proof, easy to clean and most importantly it keeps our modular operating theatres anti-static. Wide range of colours and designs are available.
Hermetically Doors
Uses hermetically sealed sliding doors, to maintain satirically and the correct air pressure in the room, Which requires less valuable space than hinged doors. The door can be operated manually or automatically with microprocessor based electronic automation system. The door frame is made out of high quality anodized aluminum extrusion and the door panel is made out of compact laminated board that can withstand high abrasions.
View Window
The view window of specified size to be provide consisting of double insulated fixed glazing with not less than 5mm thick toughened glass. Window frame to be powder coated aluminum of approved shade flush mounted with wall paneling.
